Vertical Fill Form and Seal Packaging
These machines automatically form a sachet from pre-printed laminated material, fill it with a powder or liquid and sealing separating the finished sachet bag from the packaging material. Hullpacks's automatic sachet packaging machines can do over 3000 sachets per hour. The vertical form, fill, sealing machines can handle free flowing products as well as more viscous products like jam or grease with the use of a calibrated injection pump. Sachet volumes can range from 1ml to 100ml for liquids and from 1 to 150 grams for powders.
